We made our dog life jackets from durable, buoyant material and thick foam side panels. Not only will your dog be safe if he loves playing in the water (or falls off your SUP), he’ll be pretty comfortable on your SUP and on land.
A reinforced grab handle allows you to pull your dog up and out of the water if necessary, and a d-ring provides a quick attachment point for your leash. Reflective piping helps keep visibility high in low light conditions.
Our life jacket has a full velcro pad underneath for maximum adjustability and comfort for your dog. The neck strap is also highly adjustable and secured with a clip-in strap and velcro. The PFD straps (hidden underneath the side panels) run the full length of the life vest, so you know this PFD won’t be coming off your dog, unintentionally! We’ve also added a rear pocket for your dog’s ID tag.
SIZING INFORMATION
Sizing is based on girth. Dogs of all breeds come in different sizes. If your dog is short, long, stout, or tall we have a life jacket to fit them. Please size up if your dog’s girth size is on higher range of the closest size.
XS: Chest Girth: 12 to 17 inches, Neck Girth: 11.8 to 15.6 inches
S: Chest Girth: 13.8 to 19.2 inches; Neck Girth: 13.8 to 14.5 inches
M: Chest Girth: 18 to 24.5 inches; Neck Girth: 16.8 to 22 inches
L: Chest Girth: 23 to 29 inches; Neck Girth: 20 to 26 inches
XL: Chest Girth: 27 to 34 inches; Neck Girth 23 to 29.5 inches
XXL: Chest Girth; 32.5 to 39.5 inches; Neck Girth: 27.5 to 34.5 inches
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG:
Chest: measure behind your dog’s front legs and across the broadest part of the chest. Hold the tape firm and level
Neck: measure at the base of your dog’s neck. Don’t measure too high on your dog’s neck
Important: For a more comfortable fit, please size up if your dog’s measurement is close to the maximum of a specific size.
